Nonprofit Leaders Need To Invest in Themselves

Do you know how I know a Nonprofit CEO is a perfect client for me?

They invest in . . . THEMSELVES.

Take one of my favorite clients as an example. She first learned my 12-Month Methodology in 2021 and I continue to coach her today! She's got a plan 5X her revenue and impact. She's a few years ahead of schedule and regularly secures 5- and 6- figure gifts. Even a few 7-figure gifts as of this year also!

In addition to investing in relational fundraising, she’s also has budgeted for:

-A PR/Storytelling consultant so she can articulate her founding story.
-A voice coach so she can nail her Ted Talk.
-A brand/graphic designer to refresh her decade-old brand.
-A Virtual Assistant and a Deputy Director so she can reallocate hours to revenue generating tasks.
-The list goes on…

TRUTH: An organization’s revenue grows based on the leader’s (and board’s) comfort level with spending and investing.

But, too often, we don't budget money to invest in ourselves and our organizations.

She’s a perfect example of an A+ student. And as a result….

⭐She's growing FASTER than most orgs because she’s not irrationally frugal. 
⭐She's visible and invests regularly - it ATTRACTS investment-level donors.
⭐She calls me REGULARLY with new opportunities from Fortune 500 and 100 companies and large foundations.

So, if you ever say We want to grow” . . . . followed by . . .  “But, that’s not in the budget, that doesn't add up.

You need an entirely different approach to scaling your org's revenue. One that fixes the problem at the root. One that attracts donors who 'get it'.
