In Nonprofit Fundraising, You Must Do Something Different to Get Different Results

If you want to raise to your REAL budget and add $1M to your nonprofit’s bottom line but have struggled to do so for the last few years…how much would you pay to learn how to do that from someone who has done it time and time again?

I like to look at this investment in the percentage of ROI….

20%?    $200,000

10%?    $100,000

5%?      $50,000

1%?      $10,000

I talk to people weekly who want to add 7-figures to their nonprofit’s budget, but few want to get out of their comfort zone and invest in doing it once and for all.

I believe this is a main reason 97% have budgets under $5M in the US.  [National Council of Nonprofits]

You must do something different to get different results. Be honest about the resources your org needs to accomplish your plans, get counsel from those who do this every day, and then spend the money that puts you on a different revenue trajectory.

My clients who grow the quickest? The most? The've stopped hesitating and started investing.

The last thing I'll say about this today

Any advice I give to nonprofit leaders, I take myself for my own business. In any given year I will spend 10-20% on coaches or advisors who can help me get my business further, faster. Yes, it stings to write that check sometimes. But, I've never regretted it becasue I know the perceived risk of the spend only strengthens my committment to be an A+ student.

The objectivity of outside coaches/advisors has a game-changer for me personally. That’s exactly what I give my clients. Apply here.
