Reach Your Stretch Goal Halfway Through Your Fiscal Year

The biggest flex in the nonprofit world is to NOT be in a fire drill the last month of your fiscal year. 

 

But, Sherry….isn’t this how every fundraising department operates? No.

Take time to reset, think, focus on the people they serve, and recenter on WHY they each started on their individual journeys in the first place.

 

This is HUGE - their work is super stressful. They CANNOT afford to be on the fundraising spin-cycle year after year.

 

So, what did it take to achieve this? 

Getting super clear on HOW to create an annual financing plan every year that leads to growth, WHAT they need to spend their hours on every single week that leads to unrestricted gifts, and gaining the skills and confidence to ask for what their organizations NEED.
