Attract Major Donors and Double Your Unrestricted Revenue

You don’t need to buy a wealth screening software for your staff to be able to FIND major donors. 

But you DO need to start doing the things that ATTRACT major donors to self-identify themselves. 

Here are 5 things my clients do to 2X-5X their unrestricted charitable (gen-ops) dollars:

1. Translate strategic assets into something a donor wants to fund

2. Create honest budgets (including infrastructure, overhead, & reserves)

3. Move staff and board into an hours-to-dollars funding model

4. Attract donors who ‘get-it’ and want to invest in gen-ops

5. Lead donors through investment-level conversations - securing their best gift every year
