I see millions of dollars left on the table every year because teams spend too much of their time planning events, sending out appeals and prioritizing everything but building relationships with donors and prospective donors. Consequently, they never raise what they’re capable of or what they really need to invest in infrastructure, build a solid reserve or smooth out cash flow.”
