Of the 1.4 million charitable organizations registered in the United States, over 80 percent of them never reach $1M in annual revenue. Furthermore, 74 percent of them never reach the $500,000 mark; and most of these never hire more than five employees.
Why is that?
In most cases, it’s not because they aren’t working hard or don’t have a viable mission. These organizations are full of passionate, thoughtful, and sacrificial leaders who have great ideas to make an even greater impact in the world. But for some reason, their impact is hindered and their reach remains limited. They’ve hit a wall. They are stuck.
Gaining traction and momentum to move forward isn’t easy. Often it takes an outsider’s perspective to bring clarity to problem areas and processes. Our counsel focuses on guiding growth through integrated operational and development strategies.
With Quam Taylor, leaders gain clarity on how these strategies can grow their mission. Together, we can do this.
